A GOODBYE & A NEW WELCOME

After many years of serving fine French food and wine to thousands of wonderful guests from our little perch in Cambie village, our final service at Pied-a-Terre was on Saturday October 31st. It was time to freshen up and reimagine ourselves, and so, after a lick of paint, some new furnishings and a good sprucing up, we have reopened as a classic Italian-American restaurant inspired by the little Italys of San Francisco and New York. “Sorella” opened for your dining pleasure on Thursday November 5th, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming everyone back to begin this new chapter with us. It will be fun, casual, delicious, and Italian!

As for Pied-a-Terre, it has been our privilege to meet and serve each and every one of our valued guests, and we have been delighted to make your acquaintance. We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved, what we’ve been able to offer, of our staff (past and present), and of our ongoing commitment to providing quality and value throughout our operation, as a fundamental value. We’ve been successful at this in the past, and, with your ongoing support and patronage, we look forward to an equally successful future at Sorella.

Many thanks and best wishes from Andrey Durbach, Chris Stewart, and all the staff at Pied-a-Terre.
